Health Disclaimer
- All treatments are administered by qualified nurses and approved by a registered GP after a clinical review.

Medical Screening & Consent
- Before receiving any IV therapy, you must complete a pre-treatment screening with our nurse.
- By proceeding, you give informed consent for the treatment based on information provided by our clinical team.
- You may be refused service if deemed medically inappropriate.
Bookings & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via our website or over the phone.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a 100% service charge.
Payments
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or immediately after the appointment.
- We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square).
- We do not store your payment card details.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided in cases of:
- Medical ineligibility determined by our staff
- Service cancellation within the allowed notice period
- No refunds are given for services already administered.
